Each new class is posted every Sunday Morning. There are no reminder emails. No notifications. No inbox noise. This space is not another subscription to keep up with. It’s a rhythm to return to—quietly, when you feel it. You already know how to show up for yourself. There’s nothing to catch up on, nothing to track.

All members receive access to the Weekly Practice page, where a new offering appears each week—breath-led, somatic, still. You return when it feels right. And when it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
