Each new class is posted every Sunday Morning at 6am EST. There are no reminder emails. No notifications. No inbox noise. This space is not another subscription to keep up with. It’s a rhythm to return to—quietly, when you feel it. You already know how to show up for yourself. There’s nothing to catch up on, nothing to track.
Just presence.
