Under the energy of the full moon, we gather in stillness.
This 90-minute experience with Grant weaves together somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and immersive live sound to help the body release, regulate, and return to center. With the support of crystal bowls, chimes, handpan, and subtle breath-based guidance, you’re invited to soften into a deeper state of rest.
There is no goal. No performance. Just space to listen, settle, and reconnect.
