Held in the quiet just before the new moon.
A space to soften. To slow down. To return.
Join Grant for a 90-minute experience beginning with somatic breathwork and gentle movement to release the surface tension of daily life. From there, we settle into stillness—supported by an immersive soundscape of handpan, crystal bowls, chimes, and silence.
Not a class. Not a performance. An experience. A place to let go of what you’ve been holding, and return to what’s always been here. Everything is provided: mats, blankets, pillows, and space. All you need to do is arrive.
