Day 2 – Rooting in the Body
• 7:30 AM – Gentle Morning Movement + Breath (Qi Gong–inspired flow)

• 11:00 AM – Silent Forest Walk + Grounding Practice
• 1:00 PM – Lunch
• 3:00 PM – Somatic Workshop: Listening from the Inside Out
• 5:00 PM – Free Time / Journaling / Cabin Rest

• 8:00 PM – Immersive Sound Bath (live instrumentation, subtle loops, deep rest)
Day 3 – Releasing into Stillness
